We want you to love your Meri Meri home decor and party supplies, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging and include the packing slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
